Mr. Dicentio is the senior technician and is responsible for new project drawing setup as well as all layering standards - and level standards that IDCS uses. Mike is also responsible for adjusting our standards to fit the client's requirements. He is also responsible for drawing layout and file management of each project's drawing set.
