Position: President / Electrical Engineering / Project Manager

As President, Ms. Ryan is responsible for all aspects of the company. She is responsible for client relationships ensuring that the client is pleased during a project design and all through project construction. She is responsible for project proposals, budgets, and deadlines. As a Project Manager and Construction Manager, Ms. Ryan is responsible for handling the direction of the project as well as the budget and timeliness of each project. As an Electrical Engineer, Ms. Ryan is responsible for electrical and instrumentation designs for a multitude of project types. These design types may include water and wastewater designs for plant expansions or new plant facilities including full pump station designs, commercial space build-outs with a new or rehabilitated service entrances, residential space designs including tenant layouts for power and communication.

Multidisciplinary engineering firm serving the telecommunication industry. Responsibilities included project management, design and construction services to mission critical telephone switching stations.

Duration: 1990-1997
Position: Project Manager

Project manager and lead electrical engineer on multi-million dollar wastewater and water facility upgrades. As a team lead in electrical and mechanical, Ms. Ryan was an integral part of the team that developed a set of standard template drawings for a telecommunication client’s emergency generator designs. She also has designed distribution systems starting at the substation level through building distribution.
